A fascinating session dedicated to Raboso Piave wines, including the fruits of painstaking research into the best woods in which to age this noble, temperamental wine, in the company of the Cecchetto family who have dedicated themselves to Raboso for generations. We end with a taste profile of the various options available to one of Venetian winemaking’s most versatile and representative grape varieties.
