Servizio e accoglienza da stellato. Personale cordiale e estremamente competente. Ogni piatto viene raccontato in modo da dare contesto senza ridondanze. Ottima la lingua salmistrata e il fegato cucinato in modo impeccabile, la componente ferrosa quasi non si sentita. Una bella esperienza. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità del servizio offerto...

Ristorante speciale di Venezia, per chi come noi ogni tanto vuole concedersi una coccola gastronomica ed è vegano! Il ristorante ha un menù molto curato e propone anche piatti ricercati dedicati a chi segue il nostro stile di vita. È possibile anche fare una degustazione interamente vegana, completabile anche da una scelta di vini vegani e biologici. Ottimi tutti i piatti, veramente, sia agli occhi che al palato. Servizio attentissimo, dall'accoglienza fino ai saluti, con i camerieri che sapevano relazionarsi con clienti da ogni parte del mondo....

Once in a Lifetime Meal!

The dinner we had here was one of, if not the, best meals of my life. First, the staff is beyond fantastic! They are attentive and informative. The sommeliers' and waiters' knowledge is astounding. They explain every dish and every wine that goes along with the course you are having. We had a multi-course dinner that focused on the historical dishes of Venice. The atmosphere is romantic but not in a stuffy sort of way. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Sergio, and he is such a lovely person and is deservingly proud of what he has created with this restaurant. With each course and wine pairing, I could taste the thoughtfulness and the care that was put into its creation...
