I went to Bistrot de Venise for a truly special, authentic Venetian meal. My group was seated right next to a window where we could watch the gondolas pass outside - it was so magical to watch! I started with a Bistrot de Venise spritz that was one of the best I had in Venice. We then ordered the historical tasting menu that had incredible dishes, and I highly recommend ordering this menu with its wine pairings. The sommelier, Nicola, was incredible and explained to us with great passion and detail each pairing. Every course was delicious and it was so fun to eat recipes that were traditional and authentic...
