FRANCESCO SASSETTO AND ULISSE FIOLO: BETWEEN THE LAND AND THE WATER

Tuesday 23 October 2012 5.00 p.m. – Free admission - POETRY

Poetic exchanges between two writers whose work is closely tied to these two elements.

Francesco Sassetto has a loving, taut and intense relationship with Venice, the water and the lagoon, while Ulisse Fiolo is sorrowfully bound to his land: a hard, archaic mother to whom he looks through the eyes of the past and the present.

An amphibious encounter in poetry.
