Kuranosuke Sasaki

The well-known actor Kuranosuke Sasaki, guided by Sergio Fragiacomo, explores the flavors of Sturgeon in Saor and the Royal White Cake, the result of our research and reinterpretation of recipes taken from 14th and 16th century manuscripts (Libro per Cuoco by an anonymous Venetian cook and Opera by Bartolomeo Scappi). One of the goals of the filming was to highlight the influence of Arab/Turkish cuisine on Venetian cooking.
